The challenge
Conexiom engaged Devblock to help modernize their digital experience — one that would serve SMB users without requiring a sales call, reflect their evolving brand, and support meaningful CRM-connected analytics for the first time. The existing Conexiom site was functioning as a static brochure experience — leading to heavy funnel drop-off, no meaningful analytics tied to CRM or ERP systems, and a complete disconnect between the marketing site and the product itself. Outdated visuals, dense content, and duplicate sections left both prospects and returning users without a clear path forward. Without a unified design system or CRM-connected onboarding, SMB prospects were falling through the cracks — users who were ready to self-serve had no path to do so, and no attribution data existed to help the team understand where or why they dropped off.
The solve
We delivered clearer conversion paths, improved funnel visibility, and seamless early-stage onboarding — followed by a full website, logo redesign, and rebrand in a 90-day sprint. This included new product naming, refreshed UI components, and a unified design system shared across marketing and product. The final experience supports SMB onboarding end-to-end, reduces friction at every handoff, and gives Conexiom a scalable PLG foundation they can continue iterating against without agency dependency.

The new revenue stream is now a self-serve SMB revenue channel opened which was previously 100% sales-assisted for all new accounts. More importantly, it gave their team the infrastructure to keep improving independently, without a recurring agency engagement to make basic changes.
